Training hard or recovering from activity?
Sports-oriented techniques are specifically designed to support movement, performance, and recovery. They target the muscle groups most engaged in your activities, helping to address tightness, soreness, or imbalances that might arise from repetitive movements.

Relaxation-focused massage can help relieve muscle tension, lower stress, and ease stiffness using targeted kneading and pressure techniques.
Pregnant and looking for specialized care?

Meet Cat
Nearly 20 years of helping Bay Area clients feel more at home in their bodies.
I'm Cat Garcia, a Certified Massage Therapist (CAMTC #45801), artist, athlete, and Bay Area native. My approach draws on Filipino hilot and Hawaiian Lomi Lomi healing traditions while weaving deep tissue, sports, and other therapeutic techniques into each session.
Every body is different, so I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all massage. I begin by talking about what you're experiencing, what you want from the session, and what your body needs that day.
As a rock climber, trail runner, and weight lifter, I understand what it's like to ask a lot of your body, and how valuable thoughtful recovery can be.
